TTM-J0701 Falling Ball Impact Tester

To test the impact endurance of brittle material like: Plastic, Ceramic, Acrylic, and etc. It is a general method to compare the material impact endurance. The method is: use a specified weight of steel ball, adjust to a certain height, free drop and impact the specimen directly, evaluate the damage level to adjust the quality.

Note: Because the steel ball is made basingon the outer diameter, the actual weight is as follows:

Ø50mm  steel balll, weight is about 510 g ± 10 g
Ø2 -1/2” steel ball, weight is about 1,004 g ± 10 g
Dropping point Red laser dot help to pre-determine the dropping point of the steel ball
