This series is made for the product torsion analysis. The test is mainly for the screw industry.
Regarding the different test methods, available to connect or switch to different sensors and grips/fixtures to satisfy the standards. Via our exclusive software, it can record the force, angles, and other parameters change at the same time in every test to proceed with the calculation analysis. Available to output excel to provide the complete test data immediately.
The other industry is tool torsional test, fatigue test…etc. Grips including Slot(Flat), Phillips, Pozidriv (ISO 8764, DIN 5260), Hex, and Torx (ISO 10664). Another specified requirement is available for customization to meet the highest satisfaction.
This vertical series is suitable for the capacity under 200N-m. Bigger torsion requirement please refer to the “Horizontal Series Universal Torsion Testing Machine”.
